It depends on scope, and we commit to a clear timeline during scoping rather than a guess up front. As a rough sense: a focused website or web app is fast — often days, not weeks; a desktop app is usually a few weeks; most projects land within one to three months; and we aim to deliver even large systems inside six months. We've consistently delivered ahead of our own estimates — but we'd rather beat a realistic timeline than promise one we haven't scoped.

Payments are made directly to our company account, against a simple milestone schedule we agree up front — so cost is spread sensibly across the project and the advance only follows once we're aligned. For ongoing or retainer work, we can set up optional auto-pay so you don't have to think about it, only ever with your agreement.

You choose. Option one — we build it and hand it over: full ownership, the keys are yours, and you run it from there (we can help with the initial setup). Option two — you stay inside the AGDIRA ecosystem, where we host, maintain and keep improving it, and you get the benefit of everything else we build connecting together. Neither is 'better' — it's simply whether you'd rather own and run it yourself, or have us keep it running for you.

Your system runs on trusted cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud and AWS), with access scoped by role so each person only sees what they should, regular backups, and security built into what we ship rather than bolted on afterward. We treat your operational data as exactly that — yours — and design permissions around the real roles in your business.

We don't disappear at launch. Inside the AGDIRA ecosystem, support and ongoing improvements come with it. If you chose to own it outright, we still support and improve it for you on a simple fee basis. Either way we have SOPs for handling changes — and because we specialise in custom workflows, the system stays flexible no matter how much you grow or change.
